Vehicle Service Authorization

When you book a service, you authorize our service team to:

• Access your vehicle the way your property's instructions describe (for example, unlocked or with keys left at the front desk).
• Clean the vehicle within the standard scope.
• Take before-and-after photos.
• Document extra mess or damage and follow your property's Additional Cleanup rules.

We won't drive your vehicle unless your property's instructions and your booking say we may move it a short distance for service.
