This policy explains how Noire Select Detailing, an assumed name of Grandmaster Finance LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Noire Select," "we," "us") handles personal information for the website, the resident app, the property portal and the service team portal.
What we collect
- From property teams: names, work emails and phone numbers, property details, and agreement and billing records.
- From residents: name, unit, email, phone, vehicle details (year, make, model, color, plate), appointment history, notes you give us, and acknowledgments you accept.
- Service photos: before-and-after photos of vehicles, and close-ups of damage or extra cleanup. Photos are for condition records and quality control.
- Technical data: sign-in records, IP address and device/browser type when you accept terms, book a service or sign an agreement. We use a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in.
- From website forms: what you type into our contact and demo forms.
Why we use it
- To run the service: scheduling, reminders, cleaning, photos, and support.
- To work with your property: enrollment, billing records and reports.
- To keep records of what you agreed to and when.
- To keep the service safe and secure.
- To contact property teams about Resident Car Care. You can opt out of marketing emails anytime.
Who we share it with
- Your property sees the information it needs to run the program: who's enrolled, appointments, service records, and Additional Cleanup items.
- Our service team sees only the jobs they're assigned and the details needed to do them.
- Service providers who help us run the platform (for example hosting and email delivery), under confidentiality obligations.
- When required by law, or to protect people or property.
We don't sell personal information.
Cookies
We use a necessary sign-in cookie. We don't use advertising cookies. If that changes, we'll update the Cookie Notice first.
How long we keep it
We keep records for as long as needed to run the service and meet legal, tax and dispute needs. Service photos are kept for a limited period set in our records policy.
Security
We use access controls by role, encrypted connections and private photo storage. No system is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct your information. Residents can update contact details in the app. To close an account, contact your property or us.
Children
The service is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this document. We'll post the new version with its effective date. If a change is material, we'll tell you and, where required, ask you to accept it again before you continue.
