Resident Service and Membership Terms

Service cycle

Your service cycle is a calendar month. One standard cleaning is available each cycle unless your property's program says otherwise.

No rollover

If you don't book during a cycle, that cleaning expires at the end of the month.

Program types

• Optional Amenity: you chose to enroll. Your property bills you through your resident account.
• Lease-Included Amenity: it's part of your lease or renewal terms. Your lease controls the charge.

Status changes

Your property may pause service (for example for a billing issue) or end it when you move out. You'll see your status in the app.

Price

Your price is set by your property's program and shown in your account or lease. It isn't set or changed in this app.
