Why we take photos

Photos show your vehicle's condition before we start and the work we did. They protect you, your property and our team.

What we photograph

Front, rear, both sides, both front corners, front interior, rear seats, the driver footwell, and the trunk or cargo area when it's part of the service. We take close-ups of existing damage and of extra mess.

Who sees them

You can see your service photos where your property allows it. Your property can see them when needed for Additional Cleanup or a question about a service. Our team sees photos for jobs they're assigned. We don't use your photos in marketing without asking you.

How long we keep them

We keep photos for a limited time set in our records policy.
