What we use

• Sign-in cookie: keeps you logged in to a portal. It's required for the portals to work.
• Optional email tracking: some outreach emails to property teams may use link tracking so we know a link was clicked. Resident service emails don't use this.

What we don't use

We don't use advertising cookies or sell browsing data. If we ever add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we'll update this notice and ask where required.
