Changing a booking

Cancel in the app up to two hours before your time. Then book another open time in the same cycle.

If we can't reach the vehicle

If your vehicle isn't where it should be, isn't accessible, or it's unsafe to work on, the service team will note it and may take a photo of the area. The appointment may count as missed under your property's program.

If we're late or need to reschedule

We'll message you and help you rebook.
