- Excess trash
- Bulk items
- Unusually heavy interior debris
- Another condition approved under your property's program
How it works
- The service team documents the condition with photos and a note before doing the extra work.
- Your property's program decides whether the charge is pre-approved by level or needs approval first.
- You see the reason and the total charge in your account.

If you think a charge is wrong, tell us in the app or through your leasing office. We'll review the photos with you.
